Yogurt plumcake, a simple and genuine dessert made from yogurt and chocolate drops.
This plumcake brings you back to childhood memories. Yummy, super soft, moist but not chewy and with the goodies that only chocolate chips can give!
Ingredients:
150 g of flour '00
50 g of potato starch
200 g of white soya yogurt at room temperature
1 banana
160 g of sugar
100 ml of sunflower oil
30 g of dark chocolate chips
Grated peel of one lemon
16 g of baking powder
A pinch of salt
Instructions:
• In a bowl combine the flour, potato starch, sugar, baking powder and a pinch of salt.
• Aside from mashing the banana with a fork or whisk it until smooth.
• Add the liquid to the dry ingredients (oil, yogurt at room temperature and the banana pulp) and mix the mixture.
• Add the grated peel of a lemon and the drops of dark chocolate and mix the mixture.
• Insert the dough in a rectangular plumcake mold (22x10 cm) and bake at 180 ° C for about 50 minutes.
