This walnut cake is soft but at the same time fragrant, thanks to the high quantity of dried fruit inside; easy to make and tasty!

Ingredients:
200g flour 0
100g raw cane sugar
50ml EVO oil
250ml vegetable milk
50g chocolate chips
100g nuts
40g almond flour
50g raisins
30g coconut flour
1 packet of yeast (16g)
A pinch of salt
Instructions:
• In a bowl add the dry ingredients (flour, sugar, yeast and salt)
• Add the liquid ingredients (oil and milk) to the dry ingredients. Mix well to mix the mixture
• At the end add the walnuts, raisins, chocolate chips, almond and coconut flour and mix again to incorporate the whole
• Put the mixture into a cake tin and cook for 40 minutes at 180 °C.
• Let the cake cool and enjoy it
