Ingredients:
130g Flour
20g Bitter cocoa
70g Sugar
50ml Seed oil
70ml Water
8g Baking powder
30g Coconut flour (coconut rapè)
80g Chocolate drops
Instructions:
• In a bowl, combine flour, cocoa, sugar, baking powder and coconut flour.
• Combine liquid ingredients (water and seed oil) with dry ingredients
• Work the mixture until all the ingredients are well blended.
• Add the chocolate drops to the dough.
• Form the biscuits with the mixture, and decorate them with another coconut.
• Bake the cookies in a ventilated oven at 180 ° C for 15-20 minutes
