APPLE PIE

Soft and genuine apple pie flavored with cinnamon




What's better than an apple cake? This recipe is easy to make and is always a crowd-pleaser.

 

Ingredients:


200g Wholemeal flour

40g Rice flour

70g Sugar

140ml Soy milk

100ml Orange juice

60ml EVO Oil

½ tablespoon of cinnamon

1 sachet of baking powder

2 Apples

A pinch of salt



 


Instructions:


• In a bowl, add the two flours, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and a pinch of salt.

• Add the liquids (oil, soy milk and orange juice) to the dry ingredients and mix the dough.

• Cut 1 and an half apple into cubes and add to the mixture.

• Pour the mixture into a baking mold and decorate with remaining slices of apple.

• Sprinkle the surface with icing sugar and if desired with other cinnamon.

• Bake at 180°C for about 50 minutes.
